These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, bookings, courses, coaching, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

1. Legal Agreement

By accessing our website and/or booking any services, you enter into a binding legal agreement under the laws of the United States, including applicable state and federal laws such as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN), and applicable state contract laws.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

All services (including coaching sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, or events) require a signed contract or acceptance via digital form.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payments are accepted via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment, depending on the contract terms.
Rescheduling is allowed once, if done with at least 7 days' notice. Reschedules are subject to availability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, branding, logos, videos, images, downloads, journals, and courses—is the intellectual property of The HewMann Experience and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of this content without express written permission.

4. Coaching, Speaking & Workshop Disclaimers

The information provided through our coaching, speaking, and empowerment services is for educational and motivational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed and are dependent on your personal effort and follow-through.You agree to participate at your own risk and release the Company from any liability for decisions or actions you take based on our content or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The HewMann Experience is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or services.
We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we reserve the right to suspend access at any time.
We are not liable for third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms, email servers).

7. Contractual Agreements

All speaking engagements, group workshops, and long-term coaching services are governed by customized written agreements signed by both parties prior to service delivery. These contracts outline deliverables, scope of services, cancellation terms, and fees. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and an individual contract, the contract will prevail.

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before filing legal action. Any legal claim must be filed in the courts of the State of Texas (or your chosen business registration state), and governed by its laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
