Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

At The HewMann Experience, all purchases and payments for services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, events, and digital products, are non-refundable.

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our services, including time, preparation, scheduling, and delivery of intellectual content, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made.

This policy applies to:

  • Coaching and mentorship sessions

  • Speaking engagements and workshops

  • Group programs and virtual events

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Deposits and paid-in-full bookings

Alternative Engagement Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In certain cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer an alternative engagement (such as rescheduling or credit toward a future service). This must be:

  • Requested in writing within 7 days of the original service date (or scheduled engagement)

  • Approved and agreed upon by both parties

  • Formalized in a signed written agreement outlining the new terms of service

Alternative arrangements are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Contractual Obligations

All services are subject to the terms of the individual agreement or service contract signed at the time of booking. By completing a purchase or booking with The HewMann Experience, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund Policy and any applicable contract terms.
