Boss Up and Break Free

Bossing up is more than hustle. It’s a mindset. It’s looking at every challenge and saying, “You picked the wrong one today.”

I wrote Becoming a Boss Bitch because I needed that voice and guidance in my own life. The voice that reminded me I wasn’t broken, I was being rebuilt. I wasn’t too much, I was just in the wrong room. And I wasn’t behind, I was being prepared.

Each day in the journal, I challenge you to dig deep. To release old wounds. To rewrite your narrative. Being a boss means you stop waiting to be saved and start saving yourself.

Your past does not define you. Your healing does. Your power does. Your choices do.

And the best part? Once you boss up…there’s no going back!!

“Becoming a boss isn’t about ego—it’s about choosing yourself, every single time, even when the world tells you not to.”

— Natasha Hewlett Mann, Author
