They say abuse is loud. They lie.


Sometimes, abuse is the silent treatment. The cold shoulder. The refusal to co-parent unless it benefits him. The manipulation that leaves you questioning your own sanity.


I stayed silent for too long. I didn’t want to “start drama.” But silence nearly killed my spirit.


Now I speak. Loudly. Legally. Publicly. Because the truth shouldn’t be a secret just to keep someone else comfortable.
